< LATE BULLETIN
==========================

  ATLANTA, Ga (Rueters)-- CNN
has announced that Barack Obama
will appear on Larry King Live
on Friday night.
  The President-elect will reveal
the incoming administration's plan
to save the economy, provide free
health coverage to every American
and end the war in Iraq by April
2009.
  Consequently, Larry's scheduled
hour-long interview with Ed Conrad
has been cut in half.
Larry King will interview Ed for
the first half-hour, then Barrack
Obama will take over for the last
30 minutes.

NATION TO CUT DOUBLE DOSE OF ED CONRAD
ON LARRY KING LIVE ON FRIDAY NIGHT
<
For the VERY first time in the 23 years that Larry
King has hosted Larry King Live, the two guests on
his show will be one and the same person.
<
Opening the segment will be Ed Conrad, the world's
leading authority on the origin and ancestry of man,
who will field questions from The King for the first
half-hour.
<
Conrad will bring along a petrified human cranium
which he discovered between anthracite coal veins,
as well as a 620-pound boulder from which another human
cranium is protruding. It is the physical evidence
proving that evolution is sheer nonsense.
<

<
In the event that stagehands fear that the boulder's
weight may crush the high platform used to make Larry
appear a lot taller than he really is, the boulder
may be left in the U-Haul.
<
The second half-hour will be devoted to Ed Conrad,
the world's leading authority on death and dying,
after he changes his shirt and underwear during
a commercial break. Then he will put to rest the
nonsense about The Hereafter perpetrated by so-called
"experts" as well as the clergy who would have trouble
telling the difference between their ass from third base.
<
Ed Conrad's appearance -- controversial as it definitely
wll be -- is awaiting final approval of CNN's board of
directors, since it indeed is a hot potato.
<
If Ed's appearance is canceled, it will simply be
a case of "It's too freakin' hot. Let's get the hell
out of the kitchen."
<
Backup plans include Larry spending an hour discussing
the life and legacy of the late, great Kate Smith,
he only fat lady who REALLY could sing.
<
King is indebted to Kate for urging him to change
his name when he was first hired by CNN. She said that
Lawrence Harvey Zeigler Live would be much too
difficult for most folks to remember.
